Step 2: Personalized Design & Proposal
After our consultation, we'll create a customized design proposal tailored to your wedding. Your proposal will include décor recommendations, inspiration, pricing, and optional enhancements to bring your vision to life.
Step 3: Reserve Your Wedding Date
Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer secure your wedding date. We recommend booking early, as prime wedding dates fill quickly.
Step 4: Design & Planning
We'll refine every detail together, including floral selections, tablescapes, ceremony décor, reception styling, rentals, specialty décor, and custom design elements. We'll also coordinate with your venue and planner to ensure a seamless experience.
Step 5: Wedding Day Installation
Our team arrives before your guests to professionally install and style every décor element with precision and care. Every detail is thoughtfully placed so your venue is picture-perfect before the celebration begins.
Step 6: Celebrate Your Special Day
Relax and enjoy every moment while we bring your dream wedding to life. Our goal is to create a breathtaking atmosphere where you can celebrate with family and friends and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Step 7: Breakdown & Décor Removal
After your celebration, our team returns at the scheduled time to carefully remove all rental décor, allowing you to focus on enjoying your first moments together as newlyweds.
